Christmas, Christmas, we want Christmas!

This week was completely full of Christmas fun. Nothing is more contagious than a group of 4-5 year olds excitement at Christmas time.

On Monday we put on our Christmas program for parents. Parents thank you for being so patient with us! We had practiced our program several times without any blunders, but the actual performance didn't play out quite that way. There were lots of shy moments, silly moments, and forgetful moments, but they were adorable and it was really fun!

Since my second year of teaching I have a tradition of making gingerbread houses the week of Christmas. It is so fun for the kiddos and it brings lots of cheer! I always glue the houses together first so we don't have crashed walls or caved in roofs. This was before we began.
And these were after. Aren't they adorable??!!

We ended of the week by wearing our pajamas, creating fun Christmas art, and watching the old version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas! What a fun week!!
